EarlyMoove ("we," "us," or "our") provides a daily apartment intelligence brief service for renters searching for apartments in New York City. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

EarlyMoove delivers daily email briefs containing curated apartment listings aggregated from publicly available sources. Our briefs include:

• Cross-platform listing aggregation
• Net effective rent calculations
• Ranked deal recommendations
• Neighborhood budget analysis
• Smart deduplication across platforms

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any listing information. Listings are sourced from third-party platforms and may change without notice.

3. Accounts and Signup

To use EarlyMoove, you must provide a valid email address and your apartment search preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information.

4. Pricing and Payment

EarlyMoove offers:

• Free trial: 3 days of daily briefs, no credit card required.
• Paid plan: $30 one-time payment for 30 days of daily briefs.

There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. When your 30-day period ends, your subscription simply expires. You can re-subscribe at any time using the link in your daily emails.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information.

5. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at hello@earlymoove.com within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, refunds are issued at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish our briefs
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our service
• Provide false information during signup
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The analysis, rankings, and editorial content in our briefs are our intellectual property. Individual listing data belongs to its respective platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EarlyMoove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or timeliness of listing information
• The availability of any listed apartment
• Uninterrupted service delivery

We are an information service, not a real estate broker. We do not facilitate transactions between renters and landlords.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlyMoove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
