• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on our website
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
• We do not store passwords (we use magic links for authentication)
• We do not collect browsing data or device fingerprints

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Generate and deliver your personalized daily apartment brief
• Track which listings you've already seen
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Communicate service updates (rare — we don't spam)

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Outlook — email delivery. Subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

• Your account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after expiration.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
• Seen-listing history is purged when your account is deleted.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database storage. However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — email us and we'll send you everything we have
• Correct your data — use the magic link in any email to update preferences
• Delete your data — email us and we'll remove your account within 48 hours
• Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link in any email

9. Children's Privacy

EarlyMoove is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll note the "last updated" date at the top.
